IssueApache does not start properly after installing RSA Authentication Agent 5.3 for Web (Apache)
Error in Apache's error_log:

Cannot register service: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = Connection refused
unable to register (300760, 1).start child 9999
Infinite logging of the error:

Cannot register service: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = Connection refused
unable to register (300760, 1).start child 9999
Unable to access web page after installing RSA Authentication Agent 5.3 for Web (Apache)
CauseRSA Authentication Agent 5.3 for Web (Apache) uses portmap, and portmap is not started
ResolutionTo correct this issue, stop the Apache web server by running the following command:

    service httpd stop

Then configure your system so portmap starts at each system startup by running the following commands:

    cd /etc/rc3.d
    ln -s ../portmap S70portmap

Start portmap:

    service portmap start

Restart Apache:

    service httpd start

Look at the error_log to see if you are still getting the error.
