Applies ToRSA Authentication Agent API version 8.1
IssueAuthentication fails for VMWare connection server or Java API 8.1 . Nothing seen in RSA Authentication Manager(AM) logs.
Rsa_api_debug.log shows events including:
TP-Processor3 - ACEServerDataObject.getData error: C:\Windows\system32\securid (The system cannot find the file specified)
Can't get nodeecret
Authenticaton failed for TIME !

Wrong IP address in rsa_api_debug :
Write ReamlStatus[Servers= AcmServerInfo[ serverAddress =
CauseThis is typically a result of permissions issue for files.
ResolutionLogon to the Windows desktop with a LOCAL (not domain or domain admin ) account with Administrative Privielges. Delete sdconf.rec from system32.
Reimport the sdconf.rec file through the Web Interface.  Verify the new file shows in system32. Test Authentication.
If it continues to fail,  TEMPORARILY Configure \system32 to allow users write and modify privileges , IMPORTANT: do NOT change permissions on any other files or subdirectories.
Test authentication again.
Change permissions on system32 back to previous settings.
