|Issue||Would like the ClearTrust agent to redirect an invalid user to the "invalid user" page configured in webagent.conf|
After attempting an authentication with a user that does not exist in the ClearTrust datastore, the user is not properly directed to the "invalid user" page. The browser appears to hang while attempting to access this page, and may display an operating system-level fault. If an invalid password is entered for a valid user, the redirection for "invalid password" works correctly.
Redirection does not properly occur to the page specified in webagent.conf.
|Cause||A code change in the 220.127.116.11 hotfix impacted the agent functioning.|
|Resolution||Apply the 18.104.22.168 hotfix to resolve this issue. Please contact RSA Technical Support to obtain this hotfix.|
|Workaround||A 4.6 agent hotfix post-hotfix 22.214.171.124 and prior to hotfix 126.96.36.199 was applied.|
