IssueApplication pool and job engine both need to be run under accounts that have access to the Oracle db server when running oracle data feeds
ResolutionWhen setting up an oracle data feed, the schema will not load unless the account running application pool in IIS is set to a windows account that has permissions to the archer server.  Network service or local system won't be able to connect to the oracle server.  If you all connection strings work on the server while you are logged in as a admin on the archer web server, but you can't get the feed to work in archer, then you will need to verify that the account running the app pool in IIS and the account running the job engine service has permissions to the oracle server.
