Operations Console shows the following error:
internal error occured in conary appliance encountered error during update
apply update monotoring task is not successful task state is CAP_TASK_FAILED
|Cause||Current appliance version shows 184.108.40.206. Factory reset patch (220.127.116.11) needs to be applied on the appliance before applying the SP3 patch.|
Apply the SP2 factory reset patch, although you don?t need to factory reset the appliance.
Once you apply the SP2 factory reset patch, you appliance version will be 18.104.22.168, and you will be able to apply the SP3 patch.
