Issueauthentication manager 7.1 fails to start
CauseThe server is unable to resolve its IP to a fully qualified name.
ResolutionThe Authentication Manager must resolve to a fully qualified name.  If using DNS, you will need to enable a reverse lookup so that the IP returns the FQDN.  When using hosts files, use the following format:

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx               fully.qualified.domain.com                   shortname

It is essential that the FQDN be first after the IP.
