Selecting Manage RADIUS Server from Operations Console > Deployment Configuration > Radius > Manage Existing
IssueResolve error "Connection to RADIUS server failed" when selecting Manage RADIUS Sever in Operations Console
There was a problem processing your request.
Connection to RADIUS server failed due to incorrect credentials, Verify your username and password are correct

CauseWindows has a default Password Policy in Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy > Local Security Settings > Account Policies > Password Policy > Maximum password age = 42 days.
ResolutionModifying the Properties of Radiusxxxxxxxx user in Computer Managerment > Local Users and Groups > Users as follows will result in the password never expiring. Uncheck - User must change password at next logon, which will allow Selection of Password never expires.

This setting will provide immediate access to the Manage RADIUS Server option.  No logout is necessary.
WorkaroundThe underlying Windows User Account for RSA Radius administrator has expired.
The RSA Radius Administrator Windows User account is typically named Radiusxxxxxxxx some random character string and is created during installation of Authentication Manager 7.1
