Before migrating Radius profiles from AM 6.1/Appliance 2.0 with custom dictionaries you must upgrade to service pack 2
IssueYou can't successfully migrate Radius profiles from AM6.1/Appliance 2.0 that contain Custom Radius dictionaries to Appliance 3.0
You must migrate your custom dictionaries first and upgrade to Service Pack 2
Resolution

Any and all custom dictionaries need to be copied from AM 6.1/Appliance 2.0 to AM 7.1
The dictionaries can be found in C:\Program Files\RSA Security\RSA Radius\Service in AM 6.1 and appliance 2.0
The dictionaries can be found in opt/rsa/radius in UNIX/LINUX

They need to copied to /usr/local/RSA Security/RSA Authentication Manager/radius on Appliance 3.0

Once the dictionaries are moved the vendor.ini and dictiona.dcm files need to be edited. They can be found in the same directory that you moved the custom dictionaries to.

First edit the Vendor.ini. You need to add the dictionary name (without the .dct extension) and the display name for make and model. This should be done in alphabetical order.
vendor-product       = <display name>
dictionary           = <dictionary name>

Next edit the dictiona.dcm file. You need to add the dictionary name (including the .dct extension) with "@" as the lead character. This should be done in alphabetical order.
@dictionaryname.dct

The last step is to stop and start Radius
NotesOnce you have completed moving the dictionaries and edited the file. You will be able to Migrate. You should also be able to see the Make/Model in the radius Client configuration
