IssueRCM-Error code: 80092009 Unable to install the certificate
An error [XrcTYPEVIOLATION: parameter type mismatch] was encountered attempting to build the PKCS #7 message. If the cause of the problem is evident then you may be able to go back and attempt the operation again after addressing the problem.
User trying to install a certificate using the URL received in a email when the certificate was approved.
CauseThe approved certificate object is not in the local LDAP instance, thus the chain can't be created.
Resolution

The original email contains a URL similar to:

https://rcm.rsa.com/get-cert.xuda?md5=ae654ebc947a14cead4087f5276cbfbc&domainID=dfea82f0e2a3b3b27e4bb736f865692cd9bf56ed

As a temporary workaround, the end user could modify the URL to change "get-cert.xuda" to "view-cert.xuda", like:

https://rcm.rsa.com/view-cert.xuda?md5=ae654ebc947a14cead4087f5276cbfbc&domainID=dfea82f0e2a3b3b27e4bb736f865692cd9bf56ed

This issue has been fixed in RSA Registration Manager 6.7 build 517. Contact RSA Customer Support to get build 517 or later for RRM 6.7, or upgrade RRM to the latest version.
WorkaroundThe certificate request was approved on one RM instance while user is trying to install the certificate using a different RM instance pointing to the same valid jurisdiction.
