Issue | Resolve error: You uploaded and invalid file type There was a problem processing your request. You uploaded an invalid file type. invalid file type |
Cause | The media by which license files have been delivered is corrupt or missing files. A 2.0 Appliance trying to upload a 3.0 license, especially an upgrade for On Demand Tokens, will get the same error. The .zip file will only have .xml files in it. |
Resolution | If your CD or download is missing any of these files please contact RSA Customer Relations at 800-995-5095 and request a replacement license be generated. If you have all six files that extract to a folder, see "Appliance v3 license in self-extracting executable extracts to six files instead of required zip file" here Make sure that if you zipped the files yourself that you do not include a folder in the zip. Try removing the hyphens in the XML file, and re-create the zip file. |
