IssueResolve error: You uploaded and invalid file type

There was a problem processing your request.
You uploaded an invalid file type.

You uploaded an invalid file type.
invalid file type
CauseThe media by which license files have been delivered is corrupt or missing files.
A 2.0 Appliance trying to upload a 3.0 license, especially an upgrade for On Demand Tokens, will get the same error.  The .zip file will only have .xml files in it.
ResolutionIf your CD or download is missing any of these files please contact RSA Customer Relations at 800-995-5095 and request a replacement license be generated.
If you have all six files that extract to a folder, see "Appliance v3 license in self-extracting executable extracts to six files instead of required zip file" here
Make sure that if you zipped the files yourself that you do not include a folder in the zip.
Try removing the hyphens in the XML file, and re-create the zip file.
