CauseRSA Certificate Manager API (RCM-API) 6.7 build 423 is built with the latest (at release time) nCipher library to support nCipher Security World with AES encryption.  The nCipher library statically linked in RCM-API returns the above mentioned error messages if the local machine does not have nCipher installation.  The error messages show up during SSL communication with RSA Certificate Manager Secure Directory Server.
ResolutionThe errors mentioned above can be ignored as they do not affect any RCM-API or VCADMIN functionality.  This issue has been reported to nCipher and may be fixed or addressed in a future release/patch of nCipher library.
WorkaroundAn application is built with or updated to use RSA Certificate Manager API 6.7 build 423
