ResolutionWhen a package file is imported, it is stored in the File Repository directory for the instance. The path to the file repository is specified in the instance information in the Archer Control Panel.  Typically this location is:

C:\Archer\FileRepository\[instance_name]

The above error occurs if no subdirectory for the instance exists at the file repository path specified in the Archer Control Panel.

Solution:
  • Create a subdirectory for the instance, or
  • Correct the file repository path listed in the control panel.
