Installed SP4 Patch 11. Token statistics page fails to load with error
server log shows 'No action instance for path /TokenStats could be created'

No action instance for path /TokenStats could be created
The Security Console reports an Error: "Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request."
ResolutionThis is a known issue in SP4 patch 11. Current workaround is to use patch 10 and wait for a patch which fixes this, or do not access token statistics page
NotesNOTE: case c12323721 was where this was reported to submitter, recreated in house.  An Engineering bug has been logged against this failure and is currently being worked on.
