IssueAfter installing RSA ClearTrust Agent for Microsoft IIS, IIS returns error "Service Unavailable" for all RSA ClearTrust sites
CauseWhen protecting a web server with RSA ClearTrust with SecurID authentication, the correct SecurID Agent to install is the Agent for Microsoft Windows, not the web-based Agent. The web-based Agent is used to provide SecurID authentication by itself - with no authorizations functions - for a web server. In conjunction with the ClearTrust Agent, the ClearTrust Agent cannot load, which causes the IIS application pool to shut down, preventing IIS from servicing any web requests.
ResolutionTo correct this issue, uninstall both RSA ClearTrust Agents, then reinstall the ClearTrust Agent.

For details on integrating ClearTrust with SecurID authentication, please see the Installation and Configuration Guide for your version of ClearTrust available on the CD media or on RSA SecurCare Online.
