IssueUser should be able to connect using a Remote Desktop Connection
Error received during RDP connection: You cannot initiate a remote desktop connection because the windows logon software on the remote computer has been replaced by incompatible software
After installing the Window 6.4 agent user cannot connect via RDP prior to restarting the server
CauseAfter installing the Windows Agent, you must restart the server in order for the installation to complete successfully.
ResolutionOnce the install process is complete, restarting the machine would allow you to connect to the server using a remote desktop connection.
