!RSCRAReIssueSSLServerCert(): [XrcLICENSEEXCEEDED] license limit exceeded. Failed to call RSC_RAReIssueSSLServerCert, certificate type: 3.

CauseThe Keon Certificate Authority is licensed on a per-user basis rather than an absolute number of certificates that may be issued. If you see this message, you have reached the limit allowed for your current license.
ResolutionTo see what your current purchased license level is, connect into the KCA administration and click on the RSA Keon logo in the top left hand corner of the screen.

See also the solution titled How to determine how many certificates have been issued under current Keon Certificate Authority user license

To increase your license level, contact your RSA Security supplier and purchase a license increase. The license will be shipped to you as a file called "license.p7" that should be placed in the ./Xudad/conf directory. If there is an existing file, make a backup copy of it first. The KCA should be stopped and restarted after installation of the new license.
