IssueWhy do I need to run the SFTP service with a specific user?
ResolutionThe SFTP connection will not work unless the user assigned to the service is the same exact same user that run the psftp -i command from the installation doc of the SFTP Agent

enVision utilises the RSA SSH2 protocol. Part of the configuration involves a manual process where a user must authorize a host key. In the process of configuring our SFTP agent, the user must run the psftp command, and that user must be the same user that the service uses.
