IssueAltiga VPN box was restarted, now users cannot authenticate
Error: "Node verification failed" in ACE/Server logs
ResolutionDelete the Node Secret on the Altiga using the "File Management" menu, and then resend the Node Secret from the ACE/Server.

To resend the node secret to an Altiga VPN box:

1. Start a Database Administration session, and click Client/Edit Client.
2. Pick the client that is the Altiga VPN box.
3. Uncheck the "sent node secret" box.
4. Authenticate through the Altiga box.
WorkaroundThe node secret can become corrupted on the VPN box if the device is not shut down in a graceful fashion (i.e., powering it off).
