Issue X.509 extensions duplicated while vetting on RCM 6.6.1
The jurisdiction is set-up for one-click issuance, when re-issuing a certificate and using the certificate name as previously, the certificate has duplicate extensions eg. Authority Key Identifier, Certificate Policies.
During the re-issuance a message screen appears that says a duplicate certificate name exists and gives a new name for the certificate.
CauseThe xuda issuance script incorrectly duplicates the extensions (req-authorize.xuda) for certifcates with the same name when configured for one-click issuance.

A new req-authorize.xuda file is available (it need to be used in conjuction with build 351). Replace this page in;

RCM-InstalledDirectory>\WebServer\admin-server\ca\cert-ops\shared
