Cause

After installing RSA SecurID Agent for Windows on a machine which is also running terminal services, some users cannot remotely login into it anymore. Usually administrators are still able to login, while normal accounts are rejected login with the message

"There is a restriction on your account preventing logon"

We determined that if a user does not have "Allow log on locally" privileges, he won't be allowed to login.
