Citrix login ID's have been changed, but match the ACE/Server login ID's
IssueAfter changing my Citrix login, I cannot authenticate because the agent shows the wrong user name
The user name field has the old user name and is grayed out
CauseThe Citrix ICA client contains profile information that is not updated by changing the Citrix account; the profile is causing the wrong name to be sent to the agent
ResolutionTo correct this issue, update the profile on the client to include the new name. Please contact Citrix for further assistance.
