Authentication Activity
IssueWhen filtering the Real Time Authentication Activity Monitor or the Authentication Activity report with a user ID, no data is reported.
CauseThis is caused because the user ID field is case sensitive during reporting.
ResolutionMake sure the user ID is entered exactly as it's registered in Authentication Manager (Case Sensitive)
NotesThis can also be true for other reports.
