RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 Service Pack 4 Patch 18
Red Hat 4.9 (32 bit)
|Issue||.ERROR at line 1:|
Operation failed : com.rsa.common.UnexpectedDataStoreException: : Unable to apply com.rsa.common.SystemExceptionIMS SP4 bootstraps :consolidated-ims-bootstrap-sp4.sql
command line restore fails with error
|Cause||Database entries for CT-KIP do not match the software requirements due to the result of a previous promotion of a replica to promoted primary (perhaps where this promotion was done at a lower level of software)|
This issue has been identified by RSA and will be fixed Patch 20 for SP4, which will be made available via RSA SecurCare Online.
To workaround the issue, use a command line utility (CLU) to generate CTKIP key & certificate pair before performing the backup or restore the backup files (DMP & SECRETS files) to a RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 Service Pack 4 primary (no patches).
