CauseThis is caused because of an old Radius server that's currently not available, possibly from a restore of a backup
Resolution

Logon to the RSA Authentication Manager server, open a command prompt and follow the steps below:

1. cd to C:\Program Files\RSA Security\RSA Authentication Manager\config

2. Type: configutil configure radius finalize-radius-restore

Once the command above finishes successfully, you should be able to add radius Clients/Profiles. In the case of AM 7.1 SP2, you should now be able to Delete and re-configure the Radius server from the operations console.
