|Applies To||RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 on All supported platforms|
|Issue||When trying to add a Radius Client, the following error is received "You need to accurately confiugre a RADIUS server before you can view or edit any RADIUS Clients or Profiles|
Connection to Radius server failed due to incorrect certificate
When trying to enable the Radius server, the following error is received: "Unable to connect to RSA RADIUS Server to load Replication data or modify IP or Replication settings"
|Cause||This is caused because of an old Radius server that's currently not available, possibly from a restore of a backup|
Logon to the RSA Authentication Manager server, open a command prompt and follow the steps below:
1. cd to C:\Program Files\RSA Security\RSA Authentication Manager\config
2. Type: configutil configure radius finalize-radius-restore
Once the command above finishes successfully, you should be able to add radius Clients/Profiles. In the case of AM 7.1 SP2, you should now be able to Delete and re-configure the Radius server from the operations console.
