IssueAM 6.1, Remote Admin error: "Only one Remote Administration session can connect" 

The following errors are observed when attempting to connect to Remote Admin:

Only one Remote Administration session can connect
Error: Cannot connect to database
The maximum number of users allowed to connect to the database has been reached. The system may need to be reconfigured to allow more connections.
To resolve this issue, either wait for another administrator to log off, or ask your System Administrator to increase the maximum number of users.
RSA Authentication Manager Database Administration will now exit.

other errors seen:
unknown error administering RADIUS client
Remote software version mismatch
SSL handshake failed
CauseSome of the steps in the Patch 4 (or Patch 5) were not written properly.  If the variable SD_RIGID_PATCH_CHECK  was set (and updated if required), you also need to set an environment variable for RSA_RADIUS_CLIENT_IP_LIST
ResolutionSet the proper environment variables. Make sure all RSA Servers and  Remote Administration clients have matching patch levels.  Delete and re-add the remote administration connection from the remote administration client.
