IssueAfter losing connection when prompted for New PIN Mode or Next Tokencode Mode, RSA SecurID user gets access denied, even when waiting a minute or two using the correct tokencodes
Error: "ACCESS DENIED, auth lock error"; users locked out for 10 minutes after the error
Error: "ACCESS DENIED, multiple auths"
CauseThe user lost connection or was disconnected while in the middle of new pin or next tokencode mode
ResolutionThis issue is resolved in a hot fix for RSA ACE/Server. Contact RSA Security Customer Support to obtain this auth lock hot fix.
