IssueAfter logging on through Access Manager, RKM stays in 'Log in Via Access Manager' screen even after hitting the button
CauseDuring Key Manager Server installation, the new Key Manager administrator user was mapped to an incorrect (but existing) user id on Access Manager
ResolutionManually update RSA Key Manager Server database table to correct the mapped Access Manager user id.  If using Oracle database, follow these steps:

1. Run the following SQL query to list all KMS to Access Manager user mappings:
  SQL> select a.identityid, a.identityname, b.accessmanageruser from ident a, auth_accessmanager b where a.identityid=b.identityid;

2. Once the entry in AUTH_ACCESSMANAGER table has been determined (make a note of IDENTITYID value) that needs to be updated, run the following commands:

  SQL> update auth_accessmanager set accessmanageruser=<correct-AccessManager-userid> where identityid=<id-noted-above>;
  SQL> commit;
