CauseWhen a user registered through AOF, the login name and the personal message are being automatically created by the system. 
Resolution

RSA supplies its users with a Personal Account Manager application in which the users can perform the following activities: 

  1. Change login name
  2. Change password
  3. Change email address
  4. Change Personal Message
  5. View 3DSecure transaction.

 

Please refer the user to the proactive registration site from which they can log into their Personal Account Manager.
