IssueThe agent type in the Agent listing for the RADIUS Server (Agent IP address is the same as the RSA AM Server) gets change from RADIUS Server to RADIUS Client.
ResolutionThe only way found to change the Agent Type back to RADIUS Server is to delete the RADIUS server and then reconfigure RADIUS. This should only be done if the AM version is at SP2 or newer. Deleting the RADIUS server will not delete the underlying RADIUS  configuration information. After RADIUS is reconfigured in the Operations Console all the previously configured RADIUS data (clients, profiles, etc.) will reappear in the Security Console.
WorkaroundAfter RADIUS is configured via the Operations Console an Agent entry is automatically created in the Security Console and the agent type field reads RADIUS Server. If a RADIUS Client is then created in the Security Console with the same IP as the AM Server and from that RADIUS Client your try to automatically create a RADIUS Agent entry, you will get an error that an Agent already exists with that IP address but the system will change that existing agent type from RADIUS Server to RADIUS Client.
NotesThe change in the Agent Type field appears to be cosmetic and does not effect the ability to manage the RADIUS server or do RADIUS authentication.
