Emergency Access Tokencodes
IssueEmergency Access Tokencodes failing through the Citrix Web Interface
CauseThe Citrix Web Interface doesn't support the Special Characters in the Emergency Access Tokencodes.

Issue the Emergency Access Tokencodes without any special characters. To do so, the default SecurID Token Policy needs to be changed.

- Logon to the Primary Security Console
- From the top menu select Authentication\Policies\Token Policies\Manage Existing
- Edit the Default Token policy
- From the Emergency Access code Format section uncheck INCLUDE SPECIAL CHARACTERS and SAVE.
- Re-issue the Emergency Access Tokencodes
