IssueReplication fails, primary_replication_status.sql and Oracle Alert logs who ORA-26714:User error encountered while applying.
IMS_RepErrorRpt.sql output reports, ORA-00060:deadlock detected while waiting for resource ORA-06512: at "RSA_STREAMS_ADMIN.AM_PRINCIPAL_REP_PKG, line 58 ORA-06512: at line 1 ORA-00060:deadlock detected while waiting for resource ORA-01403: no data found
CauseA deadlock occurs when two sessions are trying to update the same data and essentially lock each other out. 
ResolutionContact RSA Support at 800-995-5095 and request hotfix AM-19915.  A procedure is available that will re-apply the change and automatically resume replication.  Once you have the file - IMS_UTILS_PKG.pck place it in the AM_HOME/utils/diagnostics directory then from utils run:

rsautil manage-database -a exec-sql -U com.rsa.replication.admin -f diagnostics/disable-rep.sql

rsautil manage-database -a exec-sql -U com.rsa.replication.admin -f diagnostics/IMS_UTILS_PKG.pck

rsautil manage-database -a exec-sql -U com.rsa.replication.admin -f diagnostics/enable-rep.sql

Do this on the primary.
