RSA Web Agent 5.3.2 [xxx]
Single Sign-On is not being used in this environment.
|Issue||?Error: Access is Denied? page received when protecting Outlook Web Access. |
Other observations include problems when creating a new OWA folder/website and attempting to protect this (leaving the Default Web Site unprotected).
Adding the logon user to the local administrative group on front-end resolves the problem (as a temporary workaround).
|Resolution||This is a permissions issue ? check the permissions on the IISWebAgentCheck.dll file (located by default on the ?C:\Program Files\RSA Security\RSAWebAgent? directory). Permissions for this file may not have been inherited from the parent folder (expecially with Windows 2003). Ensure that ?Users? have Read & Execute/Read allowed for this file.|
