|Issue||Radius Debug Log Error: "AceInit not processing"|
User receives "Access denied"
No authentication message appears in ACE/Server log
|Cause||The System Name is not resolving properly. This is a DNS or Host file configuration error.|
|Resolution||1. Verify that the ACE/Server system name and the Client's system name as displayed in the ACE/Server Client Database match the information contained in the etc/host files on both systems.|
2. Make sure that the IP address of the two systems also match the entries in the etc/hosts files.
3. If DNS is being used, insure that the DNS server has the correcy System names and IP addresses of the Server and Client systems.
