Reason: tried to access field org.apache.xpath.compiler.FunctionTable.m_functions from class org.apache.xml.security.Init

CauseCustomer did not copy the backed up Endorsed directory properly. A file was missing. This caused the error you see above in the WebLogic console.
ResolutionFollow the FIM hotfix 101 instructions and copy all of the Endorsed directory.
