Issue'Create Process failed' at in file Executable.c line 259 code No such file or directory
Radius administrative Client failed to connect to RSA RADIUS Server
radius administrator client failed to connect to RSA radius server
This error occurs when the user goes to RADIUS-> Manage RADIUS in Host Mode. The user is able to configure RADIUS from Remote Admin
Radius is missing from 'Add/Remove Programs'.

There was an install problem when Radius admin installed during the initial Auth Manager install the following file was missing

C:\Program Files\RSA Security\RSA Authentication Manager\prog\radius\admin\jre\bin\javaw.exe NOT FOUND

To determine what file might be missing. Install filemon from Microsoft sysinternals. You can find it at www.microsoft.com

This symptom usually means the plugin that connects the RSA Authentication Manager to RSA RADIUS Server was not installed.

During AM 6.1 installation, there should be two .msi files:

RSA Authentication Manager.msi

RSA RADIUS Administration.msi, which is the plugin to Radius Admin

Then when you install RADIUS, with the RSA RADIUS Server.msi file, the Admin though Host mode will work
Resolution The fix is to either un-install and re-install Auth Manager or to find the missing file and install it on the path that filemon indicates it's missing.
There is a file called RSA RADIUS Administration.msi that should have been included with the 6.1 RSA Authentication Manager.msi installation, which is the plugin to Radius Admin.
after SecurID is installed, then you can install the RSA RADIUS Server.msi.  If the RSA RADIUS Administration.msi was missing during the RSA Authentication Manager.msi installation, you would get this error

If install does not fix this, run RSAInstalltool -identity PRIMARY
