Windows XP Service Pack 3
There may be several possible causes and resolution. See below:
|Issue||Access the Appliance web interface Advanced Tab|
A Windows XP machine with SP3 installed will allow connection to an Appliance but the user will not be allowed into the Advanced TAB and the Remote Desktop
Although SP3 has not been qualified, a work around for this issue is to go onto the box with SP3 installed and under 'Internet Options' and 'Security', add the Appliance as a 'trusted site' and then under 'Custom Level', select as 'enabled' 'Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe'.
In the Trusted sites Zone in IE7 "Allow previously unsued ActiveX controls to to be used without a prompt" to DISABLE
