Issue"User added successfully" message does not appear when adding user to a large group in RSA ClearTrust
CauseThis is a known issue when using the RSA ClearTrust Admin GUI deployed on a Tomcat Application Server. RSA Security has a fix for this issue, and the Readme file provides the following explanation:

"This issue arose because of synchronization problem in ClearTrust Admin GUI. The root cause is that for some JSPs, which had been designed to forward requests to other pages, Tomcat appears to continue processing the rest of the page while simultaneously handling page forwarding, in a multi-threaded fashion; this caused unnecessary delay and possible synchronization problem. When this happened, while the operation has been completed successfully, the message did not come up in the next Web page. This issue is resolved by modifying a set of JSPs to prevent this happening."
ResolutionPlease contact RSA Security Technical Support and request fix number tst00035992 (hot fix 5.0.1.52). Follow the instructions in the provided Readme file for proper installation.
