IssueAM 7.1/.APP 3.0 - What do the AM automated jobs do, and can they be removed.

The documentation set for AM 7.X/APP 3.0 describe what the automated jobs do, and whether they are required for system operation
ResolutionThere are 4 jobs and their descriptions are:

1. The Batch and Schedule job cleaner removes completed batch jobs and scheduled jobs once they have completed their respective tasks.
2. The CleanupExpiredSMSAuthenticatorsJob removes expired SMS token from the database for security purposes and general maintenance, this keeps the database pruned properly.
3. The Copy CLU Audit Logs Job copies offline CLU audit logs into the online database to combine with other admin activity logs, this is a necessary purge function and if not run will over time consume all memory allocated from the jvm.
4. The LicenseCheckJob performs periodic counting for license limits which are used to send warnings when the customer license is approaching the maximum allowed for any of the licensed item counts.

These jobs should never be removed.

NotesAs these jobs are critical system cleanup and maintenance jobs.  If they are deleted, on the application restart, the jobs will automatically be recreated, and recreated with default job parameters (i.e. all changes made will revert back to system installed defaults) when the job is recreated by the system.
