IssueWhen attempting to unlock via Security console., account not completely updated
  When unlocking a user it behaves different when you check the user from the search window.



When you unlock the user using > Select User and the toggle the box to unlock Account and hit Go.

The user can fail one time and be locked again.

ResolutionYou need to edit the user and then unlock the account, it will then resume using the applied policy. Once the user has authenticated it will reset the counter.
