|Issue||When attempting to unlock via Security console., account not completely updated|
When unlocking a user it behaves different when you check the user from the search window.
When you unlock the user using > Select User and the toggle the box to unlock Account and hit Go.
The user can fail one time and be locked again.
|Resolution||You need to edit the user and then unlock the account, it will then resume using the applied policy. Once the user has authenticated it will reset the counter.|
