Error logs are clean.  There is no indication of any failure.

IssueInstall of Authentication Manager 7.1 primary fails at 91% on HP Proliant
Install never fails, just hangs at 91%
CauseThis is still being investigated and is assumed to be related to the HP OS install media / configuration.  It appears to be an install permissions issue.
Resolution

As a workaround try Installing the software through Start->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Install Software->Install via 

CD/DVD->Select the setup.exe from the DVD.  If this does not work please call RSA Customer support on one of the toll free numbers listed at http://www.rsa.com/node.aspx?id=1356.

 

RSA Customer Support has had reports back from Hewlett Packard customers that this issue is also resolved by first running HP SmartStart and updating all HP driver/software on the servers before installing RSA Authentication Manager.
