1008 "Network Timeout -ACE/Server was responding but has now stopped."
CauseThe above message was found to be related to incomplete new PIN mode transactions. If a user abandons (does not complete) a new PIN mode transaction, the above error message can appear in the event log.  See How long can an Agent wait to send a next tokencode or new pin message? for additional detail.
ResolutionPlease contact customer support and ask for agent for web build 379 or newer.
