IssueError:"user not on client"
ResolutionTo activate (or de-activate) users on a client, you can use the "Client Activations" button in the Add User or Edit User dialog box, or the "User Activations" button in the Add Client or Edit Client dialog box. Use these steps:
1. In the Add Client or Edit Client dialog box, click "User Activations."

OR
Check the "Open to All Locally Known Users" checkbox.
The User Activations dialog box opens, displaying the client's name, a list of all users on the system in the "Available Users" list, and a list of the clients in the "Directly Activated" list.

2. To activate a user, select the name from the "Available Users" list by double-clicking on the name or by clicking "Activate User" with name highlighted.

3. Enter the default login.

Note: If you checked the "Open to all Locally Known Users" checkbox (ACE/Server 3.3.1), there is no need to select from the "Directly Activated Users" list.
