This is typical classloader issue on AdaptiveAuthentication


1) From the Web Sphere Console go to Enterprise Applications and double click on AdaptiveAuthentication Click on ?Manage Modules?

2) Ensure to pick the classes loaded with application class loader first.

3) click on apply and save.


4) Click on ?Class Loading and update detection?

1)      Ensure to choose class loader order->?Classes loaded with application class loader first?

2)      Polling interval for updated files should be 3

3)      Reload classes when applications are updated.

4)      Click on apply and save the changes and stop and start your App Server.

The step A is missing from installation guide but this is third party tool
