IssueWhy are the billing logs empty when they roll over.
Some customers have reported that their billing logs seems to rollover every night, but the billing logs are empty

This issue is caused by the billing log being set to truncate instead of append  in log4j.properties.


Make sure billlogger.append is set to true like below:

log4j.appender.billlogger.Append = true


If OOB is used, also make sure oobbilllogger.append is also set to true as below:

log4j.appender.oobbilllogger.Append = true
