RSA Key Manager Administration console can be accessed without any problems. Keys can be listed, etc.
RKM Client is not able to retrieve the key
CauseWrong version of Oracle JDBC driver used
ResolutionIf you are using Oracle as the database, make sure that you have the proper JDBC driver version that fits your database version.

You can verify the version of your Oracle JDBC driver by extracting the ojdbc14.jar, and looking at the manifest file.
