Issue*.timezone parameters in RSA ClearTrust's sql.conf file have no effect
CauseThe following parameters in RSA ClearTrust's sql.conf file may imply that the timezone of some date/time parameters is configurable:

cleartrust.data.sql.user.attributemap.passwordcreationdate.timezone   :GMT
cleartrust.data.sql.user.attributemap.passwordexpirationdate.timezone :GMT
cleartrust.data.sql.user.attributemap.accountstartdate.timezone       :GMT
cleartrust.data.sql.user.attributemap.accountenddate.timezone         :GMT
ResolutionThese parameters are not used by RSA ClearTrust; time/date parameters are always stored using GMT in the SQL datastore. It is not possible to configure ClearTrust to use the local TZ when writing date/time to the SQL datastore.
