|Issue||The OS binary unzip is attempting to unzip the <filename>.zip and errors that it cannot find the file even though it exists on disk.|
|Cause||Manually attempting to unzip the file results in the same error, the cause is that the zip file is corrupt and cannot be unpacked.|
|Resolution||The resolution is to re-download the zip file along with the checksum verification file that is provided from RSA's SecureCare Online site.|
The checksum can be validated in windows by downloading the fciv utility from Microsoft. In Linux you can run md5sum followed by the path and filename to calculate the MD5 has value for comparison.
