IssueDevice is configured for log collection but is not showing up under Manage Monitored Devices. Functions as designed.
No errors in configuration are present.
Resolution

RDP to the assigned collector and open the collector.txt located under e:\nic\version\sitename\logs


Confirmed that the number of devices and the loaded devices is not equal or exceeds the license.
