Issue | The Process Workflow option Create an individual job for each change incorrectly creates one activity for all changes instead of one activity per change after upgrading to version 6.9.1 P05 of RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle. This option is found under Requests > Workflows > Fulfillment tab > {Workflow name}. Besides the incorrect behavior of activity grouping, this could lead to unpredictable workflow failures for those instances where workflows are configured to take actions specifically based on single change item input. |
Cause | This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-56524. This is a regression introduced in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 6.9.1 P05. |
Resolution | This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 6.9.1 P06. NOTE: Please upgrade to a supported version of RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle. RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 6.9.1 is at End of Product Support (EOPS). |
