IssueA defect has been discovered, where removing a field from a notification can result in the notification being sent with the fields blank:
Notification with empty fields
CauseThe defect appears to be triggered by deleting a field from a level.  Not from the notification blueprint.  The issue was introduced in Archer 5.5 SP 2.
 
ResolutionIf you have installed Archer in your own environment, apply Archer 5.5 SP 2 patch 1, which is now available.  If you are running in our SaaS environment or cannot apply the patch at this time, please utilize the available workarounds.  The SaaS environment will have the patch applied in mid April.
WorkaroundOpening up the notification and saving it without making any changes will fix the issue until the next edit.  If done right after the field is deleted, this will prevent the failure from occurring.
